As you can see from the title, these girls are ganguros. Ganguro means black face in japanese. They are not literally black but their face is over tan or darkened. These girls would also have blonde to orange hair, very dramatic white eyeshadow, thick eye liner, and white to nude lips.
I personally think that this is a miss. If I ever saw a person like this, i don't think i could stopping looking at them ( I know it is rude to stare). I think they would look better if they have normal skintone.

Yea total miss. Maybe in Japan its considered pretty? But to me personally I don't like it.
