I know this is from an event from a month ago but I just wanted to share this because this dress is gorgeous.
I never liked Blake Lively as an actress nor did I find her attractive at all. But this dress has slightly changed my opinion. She definitely looks gorgeous in this flowy turquoise greenish gown and the shade of her new red hair suits her very well. She reminds me of a mermaid.
