Nina Dobrev is sporting this blue J.Mendel cocktail dress. She completed the outfit with matching Coomi jewelry and silver Jimmy Choo heels.

I love Nina! I love her hair. I love the color. I love the shoes. But I don't love the dress. It looks like a bridesmaids dress... and I love the top part of the dress, but not the bottom skirt. For me it's a MISS!
