She's wearing an embellished, feathered frock by Falguni + Shane Peacock, which she accessorized with Christian Louboutin platform peep-toes and diamond jewelry.

I love her! She's definitely a gorgeous girl.. but I'm not feeling the feathered dress! I love her.. but for me it's a MISS!
