What do you think of the outfit that Hilary Duff is wearing in this picture? Is it a hit or a miss? I think that it is a total hit. I think that Hilary is one of the few people who have pulled off the bizarre color look. The red jeans are usually a fail, but in this case I think that it actually works for her. I think that the shirt could have been different though. I think that it is too casual and simple. I think that a darker color for it would be nicer too. I think that the dog on her bicycle is super cute, but I do not really like the hat that she is wearing. What do you think?
