My Target finally stocked up on these the day before my coupon expired, so I jumped on it to get it. These are heel liners that you put on the inside of your pumps so it won't scratch up and scar your pretty little feet. I know my pumps definitely cut up the back of my foot a ton.

I haven't used these yet because I actually stuck the Dr. Scholl's For Her Ball of Foot Cushions into my pumps and I'm too lazy to take them out to put the heel liners in. But these should certainly come in handy since it will prevent shoe rubbing and slipping. And if you have a pair of shoes that may be half a size too big, these kinds of insoles help make the shoe fit tighter.
