On Memorial Day, Forever 21 offered free shipping with no minimum requirement so I decided to take advantage of that offer and as you can see the theme I went with was black and gold. I am not quite satisfied with my purchase and wish everything fitted better but I still like the items I chose to buy and will wear because they're affordable and I'm lazy to deal with returns.
What I purchased:
● Lace Inset Chiffon Blouse - This is a sheer chiffon blouse with two pockets, 3/4 sleeves with buttons to make it shorter and a lace back. This was $13.50 and I got a medium. This isn't available anymore on the website.
What I don't like about the blouse: It fits fine but it's tight on the arm area for me :(
● Threaded Thong Sandals - My favorite pink sandals like these from Gap broke like a month ago so it's time for a replacement. These are faux leather thong sandals with metallic threading and double ankle straps. This was $7.50 and I got a size 7.
What I don't like about these sandals: It's a pain to take on/off and it's a little tight-- I need to break them in or something?
● Pyramid Hinge Bracelet - Stupid me, I didn't read the description and this is actually a cuff instead of the stretchy bracelet but it's okay. This is probably what I liked the most out of my package. This was $6.80 and I got black/gold.
Did you take advantage of the free shipping Memorial Sale at Forever 21? Are these something you would wear? By the way, shipping was fairly quick-- 3 days but Forever headquarters was in LA to SD, only 2 hours difference.
