SCARVES! I love scarves the most and I think it's the best wintertime accessory. For me, I don't really like using earmuffs or gloves. I use gloves once in awhile but the gloves I own aren't the tech kind so it's hard for me to use my iPhone since it's a touch screen.
This winter, I spotted a couple of infinity scarves from Nordstrom's BP department. I chose colors that I didn't own but yet they were neutral shades. I like wearing neutral colors therefore I chose colors that could match easily with my outfits.
• Frenchi Scallop Infinity in Rose Potpurri
• Frenchi Marled Infinity in Olive/Stone
• Frenchi Waffle Infinity in Currant Windsor (a gift from a friend for Xmas)
I love the Marled and Waffle scarves because they were really chunky and you just put it on. I don't really like using the Scallop one because I have to twist it three times in order to make it look chunky.
The last scarf is a Burberry cashmere scarf. Yes, they are very expensive but I did not purchase it. It was actually a gift from my grandma. She purchased it at the Burbery Outlet in London which means it was a discounted item. Anyways, cashmere scarves are REALLY warm. Every time I wear it, my neck stays warm and when I leave it on indoors, my neck starts to heat up. You don't have to go for the Burberry ones, just pick up a cashmere scarf from your nearest department store and I'm sure it'll work as well.

I like scarves too, but I wish I had more. I tend not to buy them because I don't like spending money on them lol. I'd rather buy clothes! But yes, agree with you.
