In all honesty, I'm not the biggest fan of maxi dresses to begin with. It's not entirely because I'm short (I'm only 5'3") but I just think they look a little frumpy and make those wearing it look a little unkempt. This one though, really isn't for me. It seems a little redneckish. It's not just the paisley print in it because I really don't mind paisley, but more so because of it being a monochromatic red and white, super flowey, and looking like it's held up with yarn or a shoelace.
This dress from Free People, though 100% cotton, sells for $198... and is imported.
