I've been AWOL for quite a while so I thought my next post should be a goodun, my school had their annual may ball for year 13 leavers or "prom" as Americans call it. It was the best night and I danced the night away had so many laughs and got so little sleep. I loved my coral dress as the bright colour made me feel so happy and I added a sequin belt to feel more "me". My shoes were a last resort as I wanted something low as I'm about 5'10 so didnt want to be towering over my friends for the night/ be in pain/ slash have my floorlength dress look to short. I couldn't find a pair that I'd be likely to wear again so I borrowed my mum's instead although the gold clashes with silver (#yolo).

I did my hair and makeup myself and was really in a rush it was 20 minutes before I needed to leave and my hair was in rollers and my face bare!

Anyone else have prom's recently? What were you dresses like? xxx
