And to Paris, for the final fashion week of the season. Renowned for it’s attention to detail and high end standard, day one didn’t fail to impress - starting with emerging French designer Anne Valerie - Hash. With an airy collection of transparent fabrics in shades of purple, green and icy blue - models wore draped mini dresses and neatly belted jumpsuits, highlighted with a cropped kimono style jackets in multi coloured sequins.
Dries Von Noten combined masculine tailoring and ladylike shapes with a fifties inspired collections of full skirts, high waisted trousers and floor length silk evening gowns - with the stand out pieces included a shimmering shift dress. British designer Gareth Pugh also showed his A/W collection - with his signature chevron as a running theme - the show featured full length leather coats, frayed capes and a stunning full length evening gown with capelet detail.
