This dress is so cute! It's almost a feathery ruffle on the front and lightweight, feathery fringe-ruffles around the sleeve, almost creating a cap sleeve. The white/creamy-pink color it also comes in just doesn't look as good. As much as I love the ruffles, it just looks too much and too grungy in that shade as they stand out too much.
The dress is 100% silk and sells for... wait for it... $498!! It's a cute dress, but that seems a bit steep.
