Are young "celebrities" dressing and acting to old for their age. . ?
I put " around celebrities because many of them are only famous because of their parents.
Anywho, I think they are dressing/acting to old for their age. For example, Willow Smith, looks a lot like Rihanna doesn't she? Same style & same haircut, right? That's how it was in all the pictures that were taken of her! She is only 10 years old and is dressing like and acting like and looks like Rihanna's mini me! Smh! Not only her but, Noah Cyrus's Halloween costume! That was TERRIBLE! Her make up was so overdone, and it irks me when little kids like that wear make up, especially that heavy!
In the end, this is just my opinion. I wanna hear yours too. In the end, YOU decide. . .

This is the kind of look that I would expect from a 13 or 14 year old. It's way too much.
