According to the Hollywood Reporters , all of the 6 Star Wars will be changed to 3D, starting with "The Phantom Menace" which will be shown in 3d in 2012.About the plans , all 6 episode will be changed till 2017 , one episode every year.George Lucas wanted to do it before but he wasn't satisfied with the technology and the number of 3D cinemas.The Avatar changed his mind and in 2012 maybe the number of 3D cinemas won't be problem anymore.The biggest problem with this project is a big number of viewers don't realy like the first three episodes and they would rather give money to make the original trilogy in 3D.
