Selena Gomez, just turning 19, was spotted on the cover of Elle Magazine for Mexico. Like i've said before i'm not a Selena fan, but, I normally like her magazine covers. She looks a lot different to her other covers. She looks a lot more sophisticated and mature. I love the fact that she's wearing a very simple outfit and then makes it pop with a lovely gold belt! And a great summer hat. I do think it needs a bit more color though.
