Actor Nick Cannon is fuming after learning his newborn twins' birth certificates have been leaked online. How sad is this? I would be super pissed if my kids Birth Certificates were leaked on the internet. Especially if i was famous and so was my spouse. Nick Cannon tweeted, "Whoever released my children's birth certificates need they (their) a** whooped!"
