Personally, I think Miley should be allowed to smoke if she wants to. It is her life, and I think it is sad if people criticize her too much. I can't imagine living her lifestyle.. people are watching her like a hawk!
On the other hand, she is a role model for many young girls, so I guess she should be careful about her choices.
