I stumbled upon this pretty cool website, which is all about look alikes and some of them are super funny and quite impressive hahaha
This particular image is of Latoya Jackson and Yzma, the villan from Walt Disney's movie, The Emperor's New Groove which was released in the 2000.
Although I am not huge on the The Emperor's New Groove I do think her character is pretty funny and in a really weird way..
Latoya kinda does have some similarities... for example in the eyes and in the jaw area...
In all honesty I just think that image of Latoya in general is pretty hilarious too.... lol
