The book was not very descriptive about what the Hunger Games was at the beginning. The author was good with desribing what the characters looked like. Before the games started I was confused about the arena and how it would be. But the author was very good with mystery or WHAT GONNA HAPPEN NEXT?!?!. This book is my third favorite book after The Invention of Hugo Cabret and Hoot. I'm such a kid. I'm gonna start reading the second book Catching Fire.
