So I tried watching Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone back when it first came out on dvd, and I just could not get into it. I didn't find it interesting at all and turned it off after about 20 minutes into it. So as you can imagine, since I never finished the first movie, I have not seen any of the others.
Well last night I was bored and felt like watching a movie. So I decided to try out Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone once again. I have to say, I actually liked it. I'm not sure why it didn't interest me the first time I tried to watch it, but I am glad I decided to try it again.
So now I plan to go ahead and watch the rest of the series. Seven more to go.
What are your thoughts on the Harry Potter movies? Do you like them?

Great movie, but the book is better
