Rivers and lakes are really fun places for fishing, swimming, canoeing.. you know all those fun stuff!~ BUT, who in the right mind would throw PUPPIES into a fast river. Apparently this stupid girl -__- I want to punch her in the face cause that's just animal cruelty right there! Its so sad to see those puppies not have a chance at all =(
Seriously, there are some insanely EVIL people out there.
