I think this would be my first hair post ever. But I was just so proud of my hair that I just had to share. If you are addicted to youtube beauty videos like I am then you´ve seen different variations of the four and five strand braid. They seem hard but they´re really not once you get the hang of it. If you ever weaved a basket back in elementary then you´ve got nothing to worry about.
What I did: I grabbed a section of hair from the top of my head and divided it into four sections.
I grabbed the first section and passed it over the second strand, under the third and over the fourth.
Again I grabbed the first section (which was previosly the second) but this time I added hair from the right then weaved it again but before I reached the fourth I added hair from the left to that fourth on.
I continued doing this until I ran out of hair (I didn´t go much further beause I have layers) But just in case you didn´t understand my explanation I linked a video on the bottom. The only difference is she went under. Let me know what you think...Have you tried it?
-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-·-

Follow·Like·Comment·Share·Friend
INSTAGRAM
YOUTUBE Sat, 25 May 2013 05:16:37 +0000 Karla G http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/hotd-four-strand-french-braid Health & Beauty Hotd Hair Braid French Four Five Strand Easy Cool Different Target *Cheap* Haul! http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/target-cheap-haul

Target has a bunch of good coupons to take advantage especially sunblock which is perfect because summer's around the corner!!

What I scored at Target for a good deal:
- Hydrogen Peroxide - this is .52 cents with the coupon -.50 cents, this was only 2 cents each! I've been trying out a lot of their polishes and testing its formulation and so far I'm really impressed how affordable and how longs these are able to last. I painted my base coat and added 2 coats of Verity's Vintage blue. For the accent nail I applied 2 coats of Sephora by OPI's The Golden Age. I did not apply top coat for 2 fingers to add more dimension to the glossy and matte finish of the polish. I really love this shade of blue from Verity as it reminds me a lot of Essie's Bikini So Teeni which I have not been able to purchase. Overall, I really adore this nail polish shade and results and can't wait to be able to bring this polish back and wear it once more!
What do you think of this polish shade? The foam dye was much easier to apply than regular liquid formulas. When I first started applying it, the smell was actually quite nice, but a little later on it started smelling like regular hair dye, although not as strong as the ones I've used in the past. I followed everything in the directions, but I can barely see the color. I'm not sure if I should've gotten a second box of dye because my hair is pretty long. Of course the color is brighter in direct sunlight, but in the shade it looks like I didn't even dye it. Sucks that the color didn't really show up because I paid 14 bucks for it! Would I recommend this to a friend? definitely not.

-images are mine Fri, 24 May 2013 23:22:34 +0000 JM F http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/review-john-frieda-precision-foam-colour-4r-dark-red-brown Health & Beauty John Frieda Precision Foam Colour Dark Red Brown 4r Bath and Body Works Free Travel Size Item: Pure Paradise http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/bath-and-body-works-free-travel-size-item-pure-paradise

Yesterday I was out and about running some errands and chose to finally go use my Bath & Body Works coupons that were mailed to me this month. It's smell so bad that I really want to wash my body again after using it. I don't know how it's possible but it's bad!

It's a very creamy but still light formula that thank goodness dries pretty fast on my skin but the smell shocked me so much that I can't believe that Vichy with their famous Eau Thermale do that.

I think they exagerate when they claim that this cream is so nourishing..I don't see it any better than other brand or cream and the fact that it has that smell doesn't make me want it at all..

Vichy is worldwide available and it's easy to find even here in Italy where everything is difficult. But I don't know if I love this brand. It seams that it has too many products but it's good and actually really good, in only few of them...at least for me...it's nice their policy of giving sample for free in order to try their products and see if we really can find them good.

* photos are mine please do not take without permission Fri, 24 May 2013 21:49:37 +0000 Sockhop Blog http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/vichy-nutri-extra-replenishing-cream-review Health & Beauty Vichy Nutri Extra Replenishing Cream Review - Sigma Blush Brush SS168 http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/review-sigma-blush-brush-ss168

This brush is the extra famous blush brush from Sigma when they used to use the numbers of MAC. It's the SS168. I bought it four years ago and I use it a lot.
I relly enjoy it a lot because it's not very dense and it helps me with the application of the most problematic dark pigmented blush because with it, I can control the amount of product. On the other hand, if a blush it's too sheer, and I need a second application, I feel confident on not going out with the wrong second coat I don't know if I can explain that right...but it's well known that when I don't see a blush, I tend to overdue the second application in order to see it..but with this brush this never happens.

It's easy to clean and the bristles never stained like I see in some people's video. Even if they are white, they cleaned well. I didn't see any bristle fall apart and maybe it's because they are white so they show less, I don't know..but it seams a really good brush. I love the size of the head, perfect for my cheeks and also the long handle.

* photos are mine please do not take without permission Fri, 24 May 2013 21:31:39 +0000 Sockhop Blog http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/review-sigma-blush-brush-ss168 Health & Beauty Sigma Review Blush Brush Ss168 MOST EXPENSIVE BRUSH THAT I OWN: Photos and REviews Comparison Size: Make Up For Ever 130 Wavy http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/most-expensive-brush-i-own-photos-and-reviews-comparison-size-make-ever-130-wavy

This is hands down the most expensive brush that I own. It's the 130 Wavy Powder brush from Make Up For Ever and I bought from Sephora online during a sale OBVIOUSLY...but it's still expensive...

It's one of the most soft and also big brush of my collection and I also think that this size is way too much for a normal use. I don't find it very handy to use because it's actually too big and when you try to take the product I loose the main part of the brush out of the pan so it doesn't make sense have it so big. For that reason it's also really difficult to wash and to make sure that it didn't contain any soap in it.

As I was saying is sooooo soft and it's a pleasure on the face. I compared with a most popular brush from Sigma which is the blush brush just for reference because they are for different purpose and the size is totally different.

* photos are mine please do not take without permission Fri, 24 May 2013 19:23:06 +0000 Sockhop Blog http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/most-expensive-brush-i-own-photos-and-reviews-comparison-size-make-ever-130-wavy Health & Beauty Make Up For Ever Most Expensive Brush That I Own Photos And Reviews Comparison Size 130 Wavy Sashe Cosmetics....Dare To Be Bold http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/sashe-cosmeticsdare-be-bold-0

Hello Beauty Gurus
I am super excited to share with you a new makeup line http://www.sashecosmetics.com. At first, I thought this would be a bit too much, but then I saw a few models and I read a couple blogs and decided that this is actually the future of makeup....
With the Lady Gaga's And Nicki Minaj's out there, I think they hit the nail on the head. I don't know if it's from this conditioner or from the styling...

I may probably buy it just for the price which compared to my other high end conditioner is ridiculous low..but I don't love this conditioner so much.
On the card the claim is that this conditioner contains 3 types of oil: Olive, Avocado and Karité and that this is good for districate hair that are damaged to make them soft, shiny.
* photos are mine please do not take without permission Fri, 24 May 2013 12:36:42 +0000 Sockhop Blog http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/review-fructis-conditioner-oleo-repair Health & Beauty Review Fructis Conditioner Oleo Repair Review - Macadamia Natural Oil Nourishing Leave In Cream http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/review-macadamia-natural-oil-nourishing-leave-cream

This is a leave-in conditioning texture cream from the brand Macadamia Natural Oil which is so famous on YT. I'm not a huge fan of products to put on my hairs after the wash, but I decided to use this because it's from a good brand but also because I need more nourish in my hair and this seams a light formula...

Unfortunately I had to control really well the quantity of product that I applied unless my hair looks dull and outrageous. Infact it's not light at all...being a cream, it's heavy and I really need to control the amount that I used very well in order to don't wash my hair again right after having washing them!

The smell is like all Macadamia product and it's really nice but I don't feel all the hype that precedes these products. It's a nice smell but not the best that I ever smell in my hair product...seams almost like the Fructis line products.
I don't think I will repurchase because my hair didn't seam so good after the usage of it...plus I don't like all the carefull that I had to use in order to misurate the product.

* photos are mine please do not take without permission Fri, 24 May 2013 12:17:15 +0000 Sockhop Blog http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/review-macadamia-natural-oil-nourishing-leave-cream Health & Beauty Review Macadamia Natural Oil Nourishing Leave In Cream Quiz Safari - Orange http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/quiz-safari-orange

Today I'll show you another polish in orange Brand Quiz Collection Safari ..
Spent two coats of varnish and nail covered perfectly, has a fast drying reasonable durability lasting at least 4 days ..

The designe of the packaging is super original, it seems that we are in the jungle :)
The color is super cute, love the oranges ..

What do you think? I used a french manicure color by Orly for all the nude nails. On the floral design nails I used a white base and Revlon's "Bewitching", Sally Hansen's "Coral Reef", and Sephora by OPI's "Read My Palm" Fri, 24 May 2013 04:02:46 +0000 Brittany Lee http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/floral-and-nude-nails-%E2%99%A1 Health & Beauty Floral Nails
