This is Part Three in my series on my lanyard projects, stitches and designs that I make myself!
This stitch is called the SuperBrick and if you have seen Part Two you can figure out this stitch without me having to explain it! But for those of you who haven't seen Part Two, the SuperBrick is basically three box stitches next to each other, or a box and a brick stitch if you want to think of it that way. Since it is three wide you can use up to four colors (three on the front, one on the edge) which can lead to some interesting combinations.
I won't be posting about any more stitches like this. But for those of you that are curious, you can make stitches like this as wide as you want! Stitches bigger than 3 wide are called "walls" So you could make a 10 Color Wall if you were so inclined! I am currently planning a project that would consist of a 13 Color Wall. I wonder if anyone can guess what that might be? ;)
Tell me if you have any opinions, problems or comments on this stitch!
