Aren't these adorable! It's really not hard to make! Follow the steps and your on your way for a beautiful vintage look!
1. Cut a piece of duct tape long enough to fit around your finger. Leave about half an inch.
2. Cut the duct tape in half vertically.
3. Cut small notches in each side of the tape.
4. Cut off opposite notches. One for the right and one off the left.
5. Fold it in half.
6. Make little triangles and tape on circle.
7. Decorate as wanted and ENJOY!
