This is so cute! It's a special edition Hello Kitty charm for the year of the dragon! I love these special edition, and collector item things, so this one completely caught my eye. I have a few Hello Kitty cellphone charms, but none of them that I've seen in shops come with a cute little pouch. I'm not too sure what you would put into the pouch, maybe a lucky charm? Nonetheless it is an adorable addition to the cellphone strap.
