Okay, we all know that British people like to wear fancy clothes and hats (especially the women) at horse-riding races. So you must have seen some crazy hats but wait until you see the image of the hat above. It's like the wackiest hat I had ever seen! I don't even know what it is seriously! I just looks like a fabric mess! But look closely there's actually a bathroom on that hat. Yes I wrote bathroom! Like come on how crazy can someone be to have that on their on heads!
