Braided Headband: Hit or Miss?!

Braided headbands always tend to add a little something extra to an outfit.
That something extra can either make the outfit a hit or miss.
I like the headband in this outfit because it ties the whole outfit together and adds emphasis & rhythm.
So this headband is a HIT for me, but headbands, in general, can be both hits and misses. It just depends on how you wear it.
What do you guys think about this headband?! How about headbands in general?!
